Wolfram and Hart Reference in NCIS
Apr. 6th, 2010 07:55 pmHas anyone else noticed that the current season of the TV show NCIS includes a lawyer named Alison Hart from a strangely familiar law firm, "Wolfram, Hart, and Donowitz"?
How the hell are they getting away with this? I would have thought that by now the injunctions would already be flying thick and fast. Or is this some sort of advertising stunt by our favourite alleged evil lawyers?

I know that Entertainment Lawyers and Corporate Lawyers are two different Genus of the same species... but they must get along on the occasional idea or we'd never have such shows as "LA Law" or "Ally McBeal"... and I'm sure there were and are more Lawyer shows out there, but those are the two that jump to my mind that had Corporate Lawyers in them, rather than say District Attorneys or Public Defenders.
